If you are planning on driving to the event, Parking is located in the International Marketplace parking garage. Validation is included up to an hour. After an hour, the second, third and fourth hour is $2/hour. After four hours, standard rates apply.

Cancellation Policy for Luau Reservations:
Individuals and Small Groups (1-10 People):
- Luau reservations must be cancelled outside a 72-hour period (3 days before) from the start of the event (5:00 PM HST). Cancellations made less than 72 hours from the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Group Cancellation Policy (More than 10 People):
- All group reservations involving a party of 10 or more will be non-refundable starting 1 week (7 days) from the start of the event (5:00 PM HST).
General Terms:
- Refunds, where applicable, can only be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
- In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, medical emergencies), we may consider exceptions to
- this policy on a case-by-case basis.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process:
- Eligible refunds will be processed up to 30 days of the cancellation request.

It is spirited and interactive. The food was delicious. The entertainment was stunning! This is a fun intimate setting. We took a business group and they were delighted with the evening and trying fire-stick twirling (without the fire, of course), dancing the hula, and twirling poi balls. The professionals made it look easy. Wonderful music and entertainment in a lovely open-air setting. You can’t help feel the spirit of Ohana at this luau!!
