If you are planning on driving to the event, Parking is located in the International Marketplace parking garage. Validation is included up to an hour. After an hour, the second, third and fourth hour is $2/hour. After four hours, standard rates apply.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 1-15 people, cancellations within 72 hours notice of original event date are non-refundable.
For group bookings of 15-30 people, cancellations within 1-week notice of original event date are non-refundable.
For group bookings of 30+ people, cancellations within 1-month notice of original event date are non-refundable.
No shows are non-refundable.Reschedule Policy

If you are requesting a refund due to a medical issue or emergency, a doctor’s note is required to receive a full refund.
If you are requesting a refund due to a covid related illness, a positive test result which includes the patient’s full name and date (when test was taken) along with picture ID is required to receive a full refund.Weather Cancellation & Refund Policy
Queens Waikiki Luau has the right to cancel the event due to weather. All guests will be notified by 12pm the day of the event of such cancellation and will receive a full refund. If the event isn’t cancelled by 12pm the day of the event, the show will go on and no refunds will be issued.
